Acapulco-Style Shrimp Cocktail

Mom made this as an appetizer yesterday and it was so yummy!!! She got it from Rick Bayless and here is the recipe. It was a tomato-y, lime-y, cilantro-y melange of flavors. YUM!

  2. here is what mom said about the recipe...I guess I should tell you that I altered the recipe by using TJ's shrimp cocktail sauce (about 1/2 Cup) instead of the worcestershire, catsup and hot sauce...next time I think I'd add more avacados...maybe put some slices around the sides in a fancy fashion..:]
